Church can be an intimidating place to visit — especially if you don’t know what to expect. We invite you to experience what the Gospel means both intellectually and relationally at our Sunday worship service. You can engage with others as much as you want, or remain anonymous if you prefer. We hope that through visiting with us, you will experience the hope, love and joy that comes from a community of people who love Jesus.
You can expect friendly and authentic people, engaging and relevant music and worship historically and Biblically rooted, compelling preaching from the Bible, and an opportunity to encounter God. You can expect to find a place where creativity and fellowship come together to worship God in new and exciting ways. You can expect to be encouraged, challenged, convicted, excited, and welcomed. Following the service we enjoy a potluck meal together, often shared with some of those with the greatest needs in our community.
Though each Christian has a personal relationship with God, that relationship is not individual or private. The Christian faith is not intended to be lived in isolation. We were made to live in fellowship with God and with each other. The local church is not merely a place that we attend but a people to whom we belong. We usually have a few people show up early to help set up and invite people from the shelters and streets. The meals afterwards are potluck, and always need volunteers. There are other places to share your gifts for teaching, worship, or leading as well.

We're currently meeting at St Paul's UCC. There is parking available on the street, as well as in to lots around us for businesses that are not open on Sundays at that time. The service lasts about an hour before we retreat to the dining hall for a dinner and further discussion.
